Greetings once more to the atelier. I am overjoyed to see your confirmation. Let us proceed with absolute precision. For a project as substantial as our Captain Leo, I highly recommend selecting a high-quality velvet or chunky chenille yarn to elevate his tactile appeal and perfectly capture the soft, rounded aesthetic we strive for. His final stature will stand proudly at approximately 14 centimeters.
About This Creation
This piece requires strict attention to tension and structure. We are utilizing the classic 60/40 ratio to ensure the head carries that undeniable echo of youth, supported securely by the neckline decreases. The shaping in the cheeks is deliberately asymmetrical to widen the face without distorting the back of the skull. The gaze of innocence will be achieved by locking the safety eyes perfectly in place on the lower hemisphere of the face.

Assembly Protocol
➡️ Position the muzzle perfectly centered between R14 and R18 of the head. Sew firmly in place, adding a pinch of stuffing before closing.
➡️ Pin the ears spanning R10 to R12 on either side of the head. Sew securely to the base.
➡️ Wrap the Brown mane piece around the face, framing the ears and muzzle. Tack down with small, hidden stitches every few centimeters.
➡️ Center the head onto the neck opening of the body. Sew stitch-to-stitch (18 stitches around), ensuring the chin sits flush against the chest.
➡️ Position the flattened top of the arms flush against the body at R24. Sew firmly, allowing them to hang naturally at the sides.
➡️ Dress your lion in his overalls, crossing the straps in the back. Slip on the sandals, place the hat atop his mane slightly off-center, and arrange his bag and life rings.
