Plush Spring Bunny Amigurumi Pattern: Crochet Your Own Adorable Companions

Greetings, my dear creator. Patricia here. We have agreed upon the blueprint, and I have done the mathematical lifting to ensure your success. This pattern is engineered for structural perfection and visual impact. Follow the stitch counts precisely, trust the shaping architecture, and watch your yarn transform into an undeniable work of art.

About This Creation

This project is a masterclass in proportion. We are actively utilizing the 60/40 head-to-body ratio to command attention and trigger an immediate emotional response. The faces feature intentional, heavy bottom-shaping to create prominent cheeks. Sharp angles have been completely eliminated. The limbs are strategically designed to be heavy at the base and delicate at the join, creating a grounded, infantile silhouette.

Grand Assembly

➡️ The Architecture of the Body: Align the bottom opening of the head (Round 24) with the top opening of the body (Round 19). Sew them together using the whip stitch. Add a final pinch of fiberfill before closing the gap to prevent the head from wobbling.

➡️ Limb Placement: Pin the flattened top of the arms to the sides of the body, precisely at Round 18 (just one round below the neck seam). Sew them securely. Pin the flattened top of the legs to the front-bottom of the body at Round 6. Sew them flat to allow the bunny to sit up independently.

➡️ Facial Details: Using pink embroidery floss, sew a horizontal nose spanning 3 stitches directly between the eyes at Round 14. Add a small vertical line downward for 1 stitch to create the mouth. Using black thread, sew a delicate, downward-curving eyelash at the outer edge of each eye.

➡️ Ear Attachment: Pinch the base of each ear in half and put a single stitch through it to hold the fold. Pin the folded ears to the very top of the head, resting between rounds 3 and 4, spaced 4 stitches apart. Sew securely.

➡️ Final Styling: Place the finished floral crown gently over the ears, allowing it to rest across the forehead just above the eyes. Position the chick and eggs near the feet for a completed display.
